Guitar classes at Nemo Arts offer a relaxed and supportive place to learn and make music with others. Whether you’re picking up a guitar for the first time or returning after years away, you can develop practical skills at your own pace. No previous musical experience is needed.
Finn LeMarinel & Dean Louden Guitar Tutors
Hi, we’re Finn and Dean, and we’ll be your Guitar tutors. We believe learning music should be enjoyable, encouraging and accessible for everyone. We’ll support you every step of the way as your confidence grows.
What you'll learn
Each term includes 14 weekly sessions followed by an end-of-term showcase. You’ll learn chords, rhythm, strumming techniques, simple melodies and how to play alongside other musicians. At the end of the term, you’ll have the opportunity to perform with the group at the showcase, but performing is never compulsory.
Join a group
Register online or speak to one of our referral partners to join. Participants can attend up to three Nemo Arts sessions each week during a term. Registration opens before each new term for both returning and new participants.
Develop your skills
Music is a lifelong journey. As your skills develop you’ll be encouraged to perform, learn new techniques and challenge yourself with more advanced songs and group performances.
